When properly utilized, fasting is a safe and effective means of maximizing the body’s self-healing capacities. The results can be truly amazing. Before going on to describe some of the many advantages of fasting, let’s define it. Fasting is the complete abstinence from all substances except pure water, in an environment of total rest. Let’s also keep in mind that fasting is only one part of the total health-supporting program we call Natural Hygiene.


Health results from healthful living. No matter how successful a fasting experience might be, it needs to be followed by a consistently healthy lifestyle. The requirements of health must continue to be provided, especially in the areas of diet, environment, activity and psychology.

Month of Ramadan has arrived. When fasting, the symptoms of stomach pain (gastritis or dyspepsia) is often the case, both for those who initially had had an ulcer that has not atapun. People who suffer from heartburn (dyspepsia) that does not mean can not fast. Many people already feel sick just to get rid maagnya while fasting in Ramadan. It may also be due to the time of fasting, diet was more regular.

If that is often experienced abdominal pain while it helps when breaking the fast and bersahur the type of food may be consumed or food that should not be consumed. Stomach pain usually occurs in people who have irregular eating patterns, food likes acid, stimulates the production of stomach acid, or food / drugs that can irritate the stomach. Some infectious organisms can also cause stomach pain.

Stomach pain, or the so-called ulcer or dyspepsia can be divided into two based on the origin of the cause, ie functional dyspepsia and organic dyspepsia.

Functional dyspepsia is dyspepsia where there are complaints of stomach pain, but with further testing (endoscopy) no abnormalities found. Dyspepsia disease is usually caused by stress, which stimulates food (spicy, sour), alcohol, coffee and smoking.

While organic dyspepsia is stomach pain, and there are abnormalities in the stomach organs, eg stomach ulcers, peptic ulcers, polyps or even cancer. Dyspepsia that occurs during fasting, including the category of functional dyspepsia.


Then, whether food or drink that causes stomach pain? Foods and beverages that trigger high gastric acid secretion include drinks with a sour taste, spicy, sour, high caffeine, high doses of vitamin C.

At the time of fasting should be at ulcer patients or patients with stomach pain (dyspepsia) avoid drinks like coffee, alcohol 5-20%, white wine and citrus juice. These types of drinks that stimulate the production of stomach acid to rise.

Other foods are foods that are poorly digested by the stomach as fatty food, cake, and cheese. Excessive spicy foods like chili, pepper and hot spices stimulates the production of stomach acid, also with high-fat foods.

Foods that slow the emptying of the stomach acids should be avoided as excessive chocolate, cheese. Other foods to be avoided or mitigated are foods that weaken the lower esophageal valve causing reflux of stomach acid into the esophagus (alcohol, chocolate, fatty foods, fried foods). In patients with abdominal pain are also advised to avoid foods such as glutinous rice, noodles, rice noodles, corn, cassava, tales, as well as food types lunkhead would create increased stomach pain.

During fasting to keep stomach remains healthy, in addition to the type of food consumed when breaking and bersahur, preferably when breaking start with a drink of water and eat a sweet before (eg dates). After Maghrib prayers continue to eat a large and complete. After Tarawih / can consume before bed snack.

Drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration. Do not overdo it at dawn and breaking fast, avoid the habit of revenge by eating and drinking to excess when breaking.

In the organic type of ulcer disease with which there is a wound in the stomach, should be treated and tricked to take her medicine, namely to control stomach acid. Generally, Muslims who suffer from gastritis and peptic ulcer disease (PUD) will have numerous questions regarding issues pertaining to their illness and religious obligations in Ramadan. Experience (and even existing literature) will tell them that fasting may lead to unwanted complications as increased acid levels in an empty stomach during Ramadan can aggravate gastritis and PUD.
Thus, at one end of the spectrum are those who force themselves to fast despite the risks, while on the other are patients who irresponsibly take advantage of the privileges granted by the religion for the sick – both of which are contrary to Islamic teachings, which promotes the middle path (the path of moderation).
Hence, the balancing act between religious obligations and the obligations towards one’s health could never be more important in these circumstances.
As a start, it would be useful to understand the natural history of the disease. Gastritis is inflammation of the lining of the stomach while PUD is the breach of the mucosal surface of the digestive tract from the imbalance between gastric acid secretion and the gastrointestinal tract protective mechanism.
Both have similar causes, with the commonest being infection by a bacteria known asHelicobacter pylori (H. pylori) which occupies the stomach wall.
Overuse of certain groups of painkillers such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (ibuprofen, naproxen and aspirin), high dose steroids, heavy alcohol consumption and smoking can also contribute to the gastritis and PUD.
Emotional stress is no longer thought to be a cause of ulcers, but people who are experiencing emotional stress often report of increased symptoms of existing ulcers.
However, physical stress, (for example, severe burns) is different. It can increase the risk of ulcers, especially in the stomach.
In general, patients experience dyspepsia, which is a feeling of unease below the ribs (up to the chest) or may have previously suffered from complications like severe pain over the area and vomiting blood. It is also common to have acid reflux in association with these conditions.
Gastritis and PUD can be diagnosed via upper endoscopy (a thin, flexible fibre-optic instrument is passed through the mouth to the stomach and duodenum) and during the procedure a small biopsy can be taken from the lining of stomach wall to detect H. pylori.
Other non-invasive techniques to detect the presence of H. pylori include blood antibody test, urea breath test and stool antigen test.
Patients can take several simple steps to reduce the risks of complications of gastritis/PUD while fasting. The Prophet as a matter of fact has emphasised the virtues of suhur – the pre-dawn meal, which is either not practised (as people find it challenging to rise in the early hours of the morning) or not observed the way that the Prophet performs it.
A widespread habit among Muslims is sleeping straight away after suhur. This can result in acid reflux. Perhaps we should appreciate the virtue of another saying of the Prophet, “Delay the suhur but hasten the fast breaking.”
Another common practice for many Muslims is overeating during breaking fast, followed by smoking. This bad habit indeed paves the risk of triggering dyspepsia and acid reflux for gastritis/PUD patients.
Therefore, patients should be moderate when breaking their fast, eating in smaller portions, but more frequently. For instance, start off with dates and light food before giving it a rest after maghrib prayers, followed by the main meal prior to taraweeh prayers.
Another good practice is to stop eating three to four hours before going to bed to give the digestive system ample resting time. Hence, patients should consider minimising the guilty pleasures of the post-taraweeh prayer meal traditionally known as “moreh”.
In addition, try to reduce the consumption of hot, spicy and acidic-containing foods as they tend to irritate the digestive tract.
Caffeinated drinks like coffee, being a natural diuretic, stimulates the body to expel water via the bladder, which in turn leads to dehydration. Sweet drinks also make you pass a lot of urine and make you thirsty. So, the best alternative here is to vary your food intake throughout Ramadan to include all the essential nutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins, fat, vitamins, fibres etc.
In addition, drink lots of water to replenish the daily losses, which we unconsciously lose via breathing, sweating and going to the toilet. This could possibly amount to a staggering 2.5 litres a day!
Apart from lifestyle control, certain classes of medications may be used to manage gastritis and PUD. They include the antacids (e.g. gaviscon), proton pump inhibitors (e.g. omeprazole, esomeprazole, pantoprazole) and H2 antagonists (e.g. ranitidine).
Some medications like antacids can be obtained over the counter, but for the latter two, a doctor’s advice is required to tailor the dose and timing according to the patient’s needs.
For patients who are on these medications long term, you should also discuss with your doctor about any necessary changes, for example, splitting the dose to optimise the medication effect. Do not let fasting affect your compliance towards your medication.
My final point is to address some red flags that gastritis and peptic ulcer patients should be wary of. If you have persistent nausea and vomiting, pass blood in the vomit or pass black tarry stool and experience severe pain over your abdomen, please seek help urgently.
Relatives and acquaintances should also observe these patients for paleness in their complexity, especially at the face and palms, because this could be a sign of anaemia (from occult bleeding).
Recent changes in the patient’s weight and eating habits should also be alerted to their doctor as they may consider doing further investigations.
To conclude, I would like to re-iterate the importance of balancing religious obligations and obligations towards one’s health. Islam is not a religion that simply imposes strict laws to be followed without question; rather, it acknowledges the limitations of each individual by providing alternatives in accordance to their own abilities.
Four tips for Ramadan
Avoid
  • Fried, fatty and acid-containing foods and fruits (e.g. citrus fruits like lemons, limes, grapefruits and oranges) along with tomato-based products (tomato is technically a fruit containing a lot of acid). 
  • Extra-spicy foods and tinned/processed foods, especially tomato-based products. Processed foods with a long-shelf life typically have a lot of chemicals, including preservatives, which could further exacerbate gastritis or PUD. 
  • Foods containing too much sugar and refined carbohydrates. 
  • Over-eating during breaking of fast and suhur and delaying breaking of fast. 
  • Caffeine-containing drinks like tea, coffee, sodas, etc. These make you pass more urine, taking with it valuable mineral salts that your body would need during the long day of fasting. 
  • Smoking is associated with gastritis and peptic ulcer disease. So, Ramadan is a brilliant opportunity to cut down on cigarettes. Smoking also slows the healing of existing ulcers and contributes to ulcer recurrence. 
  • Medications that can irritate the lining of the stomach.
Eat 
  • Carbohydrates or slow-digesting food at suhur so that the food lasts longer, making you less hungry as well as more energetic for the day. 
  • Dates are an excellent source of sugar, fibre, carbohydrates, potassium and magnesium. 
  • Almonds are rich in protein and fibre. Ground almonds and milk make a healthy drink.
  •  Bananas are a good source of carbohydrates, potassium and magnesium. 
  • Eat oven-grilled foods rather than fried and fatty foods. 
  • Eat in moderation and in smaller quantities, and break the fast early. 
  • Suhur in the way taught by the Prophet is virtuous both religiously and in terms of reducing the  risks of complications.
  •  Don’t forget to take your prescribed medications during the break of fast or suhur.
Drink
  • Drink water, non-acidic fruit juices and drinks containing potassium as much as possible between break of fast and bedtime so that your body may adjust fluid levels for the next day. 
  • Drink a full glass of fresh milk during suhur as this will help those with gastritis and PUD.
Watch 
  • Research shows that fasting can be associated with complications in gastritis and PUD patients, but the risks can be managed if appropriate precautions are taken. 
  • Research shows that stomach acidity levels peak at noon, so watch out for symptoms and complications after this time. 
  • Subtle changes that should be observed are pale complexions (especially in the inner eyelids and palms) and changes in weight and appetite. 
  • Islam does not force you to fast if you are unable to, so explore the alternatives that suit your abilities. You know yourself better than anyone else. 
  • Get your doctor’s advice before or during Ramadan if you have any concerns about your condition or medications.

RAMADHAN IN QURAN, RAMADHAN AND QURAN

 
 
 
 
Holy Quran was revealed in the month of Ramadhan. It is a source of true guidance for all mankind. Nowadays, with the facility of Qur’an Online Academies, you can read Qur’an while sitting at your home. Fasting is obligatory for every Muslim except for the one who is sick or on a journey. Ramadhan is a month of blessings, spiritual reflection, increased devotion, worship and improvement.
 
The Noble Prophet (peace be upon him and his progeny) has said:
It (Ramadhan) is the month, whose beginning is mercy, its middle, forgiveness and its end, emancipation from the fire
(of hell) — Bihar al-Anwar, Vol.: 93, Pg.: 342

The Prophet Mohamed (saws) new that the people of his town, Makkah, were not worshipping Allah as they should.  He (saws) would travel to a cave just outside Makkah to think about the true worship of Allah. On one of his (saws) visits to the cave, Angel Gibrael (as) came to him.  At first the Prophet (saws) was scared but he soon realised that their was no harm that would come to him.  Angel Gibreal came to the Prophet to inform him that Allah had chosen him to be his Messenger.  This happened during the ninth month of the Islamic calendar, Ramadan.

The first revelation from Allah (swt) through the Angel Gibreal to Prophet Mohamed (saws) was the first five verses of Surah (chapter) Al-Alaq:

"Iqra bismi rabbikalla dhi khalaq. Khalaqal insana min alaq. Iqra wa rabtukal alrram. Alladhi 'allama bil qalam. 'Allamal insana malam ya’lam, "

"Read in the name of your Lord who created, created man from a clot. Read, for your Lord is most Generous, Who teaches by means of the pen, teaches man what he does not know." (96: 1-5).

Allah Almighty said: {The month of Ramadan in which was revealed the Qur’ân, a guidance for mankind and clear proofs for the guidance and the criterion (between right and wrong)} [Al-Baqarah: 185]
{شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ الَّذِي أُنْـزِلَ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ هُدًى لِلنَّاسِ وَبَيِّنَاتٍ مِنَ الْهُدَى وَالْفُرْقَانِ} البقرة: 185 
Transliteration: Shahru Ramađāna Al-Ladhī 'Unzila Fīhi Al-Qur'ānu Hudáan Lilnnāsi Wa Bayyinātin Mina Al-Hudá Wa Al-Furqāni

The Holy Qur`an descended completely to the lower sky, from the Preserved Tablet (Al-Lauh Al-Mahfûz), in Ramadan. This month took the honor of having this Book revealed in it. That is the reason why the Prophet (prayers and peace of Allah be upon him) used to review the Holy Qur`an with Jibreel (peace be upon him) in Ramadan. He used to listen to it, ponders on it, recites it, contemplates its lessons, feels its atmosphere, touches its smoothness by his heart, and releases his love in its treasures.

The person who observes fasting and recites the Holy Qur`an gathers, by his fasting, between Ramadan and the Holy Qur`an. Therefore; he lives this month with this Great Book that Allah said in it: {(This is) a Book (the Qur’ân) which We have sent down to you, full of blessings, that they may ponder over its Verses, and that men of understanding may remember} [Sad: 29]
 {كِتَابٌ أَنْزَلْنَاهُ إِلَيْكَ مُبَارَكٌ لِيَدَّبَّرُوا آيَاتِهِ وَلِيَتَذَكَّرَ أُولُو الأَلْبَابِ} ص: 29
Transliteration: Kitābun 'Anzalnāhu 'Ilayka Mubārakun Liyaddabbarū 'Āyātihi Wa Liyatadhakkara 'Ūlū Al-'Albābi

{Do they not then think deeply in the Qur’ân, or are their hearts locked up (from understanding it)?} [Muhammad: 24]
{أَفَلا يَتَدَبَّرُونَ الْقُرْآنَ أَمْ عَلَى قُلُوبٍ أَقْفَالُهَا} محمَّد: 24
Transliteration: 'Afalā Yatadabbarūna Al-Qur'āna 'Am `Alá Qulūibn 'Aqfāluhā

{Do they not then consider the Qur’ân carefully? Had it been from other than Allâh, they would surely have found therein many a contradiction.} [An-Nisâ`: 82]
{أَفَلا يَتَدَبَّرُونَ الْقُرْآنَ وَلَوْ كَانَ مِنْ عِنْدِ غَيْرِ اللَّهِ لَوَجَدُوا فِيهِ اخْتِلافًا كَثِيرًا} النِّساء: 82
Transliteration: 'Afalā Yatadabbarūna Al-Qur'āna ۚ Wa Law Kāna Min `Indi Ghayri Al-Lahi Lawajadū Fīhi Akhtilāfāan Kathīrāan

In Ramadan, there is special taste for the Holy Qur`an; it has special inspirations and senses.

In Ramadan, the Holy Qur`an has extra sweetness and prettiness.

In Ramadan, the Holy Qur`an returns the remembrance of its revelation, the days of reviewing it, and the times in which the righteous forefathers cared for it.

It is Reported through an authentic chain of transmission that the Prophet (prayers and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “Recite the Qur`an, for on the Day of Resurrection it will come as an intercessor for those who recite it.” [Reported by Muslim 804]
«اقرؤوا القرآن؛ فإنَّه يأتي يوم القيامة شفيعًا لأصحابه» رواه مسلم 804
And he (prayers and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “The best (people) among you are those who learn the Qur`an and teach it (to others).” [Reported by Al-Bukhari 5027]
«خيركم من تعلَّم القرآن وعلَّمه» رواه البخاري 5027
He (prayers and peace of Allah be upon him), also, said: “Recite the two bright ones, Al-Baqarah and Surat Al-‘Imran, for on the Day of Resurrection they will come as two clouds or two shades, or two flocks of birds in ranks, pleading for those who recite them.” [Reported by Muslim 804]
«اقرؤوا الزَّهراوين: البقرة وسورة آل عمران؛ فإنَّهما تأتيان يوم القيامة كأنَّهما غمامتان أو كأنهما غيايتان أو كأنَّهما فرقان من طيرٍ صوافٍّ تحاجَّان عن أصحابهما» رواه مسلم 804
Moreover; he (prayers and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “Such a person who recites the Qur`an and masters it by heart, will be with the noble righteous scribes (in Heaven). And such a person exerts himself to learn the Qur`an by heart, and recites it with great difficulty, will have a double reward.” [Agreed upon and the wording by Al-Bukhari 4937]
«مثل الّذي يقرأ القرآن، وهو حافظ له، مع السَّفرة الكرام البررة، ومثل الّذي يقرأ القرآن، وهو يتعاهده، وهو عليه شديدٌ، فله أجران» متفق عليه واللفظ للبخاري 4937
Whenever the month of Ramadan came, our forefathers used to open the Book of Allah and come and go with the Holy Qur`an.

It is narrated that Imam Malik (may Allah Almighty mercy him) used to be busy with nothing but the Holy Qur`an, in Ramadan. Moreover; he used to stop teaching, presenting fatwa and meeting people; and he used to say, ‘it is the month of the Holy Qur`an’.

In Ramadan, the houses of our forefathers was characterized by peal like the peal of pees; they used to radiate light and spread happiness; they used to recite the Qur`an (aloud) in a slow, (pleasant tone and) style; they used to contemplate on its wonders and shed tears at its lessons; they used to rejoice at its glad tidings, accomplish its orders, and refrain from its prohibitions.

It is Reported through an authentic chain of transmission that I”bn Masûd (may Allah be pleased with him) recited the beginning of Surat An-Nisâ` for our Messenger (prayers and peace of Allah be upon him). Then when he reached the saying of Allah Almighty: {How (will it be) then, when We bring from each nation a witness and We bring you (O Muhammad, prayers and peace of Allah be upon him) as a witness against these people?} [Surat An-Nisâ`: 41], the Prophet (prayers and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “Now, stop!” And when ibn Mas’ûd turned his face toward him, he found his eyes were overflowing with tears” [Reported by Al-Bukhari 5050]
«صحَّ أنَ ابن مسعود -رضي الله عنه- قرأ على رسولنا -صلَّى الله عليه وسلّم- أول سورة النِّساء فلما بلغ قوله -تعالى- {فَكَيْفَ إِذَا جِئْنَا مِنْ كُلِّ أُمَّةٍ بِشَهِيدٍ وَجِئْنَا بِكَ عَلَى هَؤُلاءِ شَهِيدًا} النِّساء:41، قال له -عليه الصَّلاة والسَّلام: «حسبُك الآن»، فالتفت إليه فإذا عيناه تذرفان» رواه البخاري 5050 
 
And it is Reported through an authentic chain of transmission that he (prayers and peace of Allah be upon him) listened to the recitation of Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) and then said to him: “If you were to see me, as I was listening to your recitation (of the Qur'an) last night (you would have felt delighted). You are in fact endowed with a sweet voice like that of the family of David.” [Agreed upon and the wording is by Muslim: 793]
«لو رأيتني وأنا أستمع لقراءتك البارحة! لقد أوتيت مزمارًا من مزامير آل داود» متفقٌ عليه واللفظ لمسلم 793 

Whereupon Abu Musa said: “O Messenger of Allah, if I had known that, I would have made it as sweeter as I can” [Reported by ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani 3/212 in Nata`ij Al-Afkar with good chain of transmission].

Also, whenever the companions of the Messenger of Allah have been gathered together,Omar (may Allah be pleased with him) used to say, “O Abu Musa, remind us with our Lord.” Whereupon, Abu Musa starts reciting the Holy Qur`an with his pleasant voice and they shed tears.

Actually, when the minds of the late people got spoiled because of not listening to the speech of the Lord of the worlds; the wrongful bringing up, the reverted nature, and the ill-minds appeared.

When the Holy Qur`an has been substituted by something else; the corruption got spread, the affliction got circulated, the conceptions got mixed, and the determination failed.

The mission of the Holy Qur`an is to guide people to the straight path of Allah.

The Holy Qur`an is light, remedy for the hearts, knowledge, culture and evidence.

The Holy Qur`an is life, spirit, safety, happiness, and reward.

The Holy Qur`an is Divine instructions, Divine constitution, and eternal wisdom.

Hence, would we live with the Holy Qur`an in Ramadan and any other month?

Would we recognize the greatness of the Holy Qur`an and fill our life happiness, light and shining by the Holy Qur`an? Would we do that?

RAMADHAN PRAYERS, DAY 1ST TO 30TH





# Day 1st
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
اللهم صل على محمد وآل محمد
اَللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ صِيَامِي فِيْهِ صِيَامَ الصَّائِمِيْنَ، وَقِيَامِي فِيْهِ قِيَامَ الْقَائِمِيْنَ، وَنَبِّهْنِي فِيْهِ عَنْ نَوْمَةِ الْغَافِلِيْنَ، وَهَبْ لِي جُرْمِي فِيْهِ يَا اِلَهَ الْعَالَمِيْنَ، وَاعْفُ عَنِّي يَا عَافِياً عَنْ الْمُجْرِمِيْنَ 

Allâhummaj’al shiyâmî fîhi shiyâmash shâimîn, wa qiyâmî fîhi qiyâmal qâimîn, wa nabbihnî fîhi ‘an nawmatil ghâfilîn, wa hablî jurmî fîhi yâ Ilâhal ‘âlamîn, wa’fu ‘annî yâ ‘âfiyan ‘anil mujrimîn.

اللهم صل على محمد وآل محمد
اَللَّهُمَّ قَرِّبْنِي فِيْهِ اِلَى مَرْضَاتِكَ، وَجَنِّبْنِي فِيْهِ مِنْ سَخَطِكَ وَنَقِمَاتِكَ، وَوَفِّقْنِي فِيْهِ لِقِرَآءَةِ آيَاتِكَ بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ 

Allâhumma qarribnî fîhi ilâ mardhâtika, wa jannibnî fîhi minsakhatika wa naqimâtika, wa waffiqnî fîhi liqirâati âyâtika birahmatika yâ Arhamar râhimîn.

اَللَّهُمَّ ارْزُقْنِي فِيْهِ الذِّهْنَ وَالتَّنْبِيْهَ، وَبَاعِدْنِي فِيْهِ مِنَ السَّفَاهَةِ وَالتَّمْوِيْهِ، وَاجْعَلْ لِي نَصِيْبًا مِنْ كُلِّ خَيْرٍ تُنْزِلُ فِيْهِ، بِجُوْدِكَ يَا اَجْوَدَ اْلاَجْوَدِيْنَ

Allâhummarzuqnî fîhidz dzihna wattanbîh, wa bâ’idnî fîhi minas safâhati wattamwîh, waj’allî nashîban min kulli khyarin tunzilu fîhi, bijûdika yâ Ajwadal ajwadîn.

اَللَّهُمَّ قَوِّنِي فِيْهِ عَلَى اِقَامَةِ اَمْرِكَ، وَاَذِقْنِي فِيْهِ حَلاَوَةَ ذِكْرِكَ، وَاَوْزِعْنِي فِيْهِ لاَِدَاءِ شُكْرِكَ بِكَرَمِكَ، وَاحْفَظْنِي فِيْهِ بِحِفْظِكَ وَسَتْرِكَ، يَا اَبْصَرَ النَّاظِرِيْنَ 

Allâhumma qawwinî fîhi ‘alâ iqâmati amrika, wa adziqnî fîhi halâwata dzikrika, wa awzi’nî fîhi liadâi syukrika bikaramika, wahfazhnî fîhi bihifzhika wa satrika, yâ Absharan nâzhirîn.

اللهم صل على محمد وآل محمد
اَللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي فِيْهِ مِنَ الْمُسْتَغْفِرِيْنَ، وَاجْعَلْنِي فِيْهِ مِنْ عِبَادِكَ الصَّالِحِيْنَ اْلقَانِتِيْنَ، وَاجْعَلْنِي فِيْهِ مِنْ اَوْلِيَائِكَ الْمُقَرَّبِيْنَ، بِرَأْفَتِكَ يَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ 

Allâhummaj’alnî fîhi minal mustaghfirîn, waj’alnî fîhi min ‘ibâdikash shâlihînal qânitîn, waj’alnî fîhi min awliyâikal muqarrabîn, bira’fatika yâ Arhamar râhimîn.

اللهم صل على محمد وآل محمد
اَللَّهُمَّ لاَ تَخْذُلْنِي فِيْهِ لِتَعَرُّضِ مَعْصِيَتِكَ، وَلاَتَضْرِبْنِي بِسِيَاطِ نَقِمَتِكَ، وَزَحْزِحْنِي فِيْهِ مِنْ مُوجِبَاتِ سَخَطِكَ، بِمَنِّكَ وَاَيَادِيْكَ يَا مُنْتَهَى رَغْبَةِ الرَّاغِبِيْنَ 

Allâhumma lâ takhdzulnî fîhi lita’arrudhi ma’shiyatika, wa lâ tadhribnî bisiyâthi naqimika, wa zahrihnî fîhi min mûjibâti sakhatika, bimannika wa âyâtika yâ Muntahâ raghbatir râghibîn.

اللهم صل على محمد وآل محمد
اَللَّهُمَّ اَعِنِّي فِيْهِ عَلَى صِيَامِهِ وَقِيَامِهِ، وَجَنِّبْنِي فِيْهِ مِنْ هَفَوَاتِهِ وَآثَامِهِ، وَارْزُقْنِي فِيْهِ ذِكْرَكَ بِدَوَامِهِ، بِتَوْفِيْقِكَ يَا هَادِيَ الْمُضِلِّيْنَ 

Allâhumma a’innî fîhi ‘alâ shiyâmihi wa qiyâmihi, wajadzdzibnî fîhi min hafawâtihi wa âtsâmhi, warzuqnî fîhi dzikraka bidawâmihi, wa bitawfîqika yâ Hâdil mudhillîn.

اللهم صل على محمد وآل محمد
اَللَّهُمَّ ارْزُقْنِي فِيْهِ رَحْمَةَ اْلاَيْتَامِ، وَاِطْعَامَ الطَّعَامِ، وَاِفْشَاءَ السَّلاَمِ، وَصُحْبَةَ الْكِرَامِ، بِطَوْلِكَ يَا مَلْجَاَ اْلاَمِلِيْنَ 

Allâhummarzuqnî fîhi rahmatal aytâm, wa ith’âmath tha’âm, wa ifsyâas salâm, wa shuhbatal kirâm, bithawlika yâ Malja-al âmilîn.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
اللهم صل على محمد وآل محمد
اَللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ لِي فِيْهِ نَصِيْبًا مِنْ رَحْمَتِكَ الْوَاسِعَةِ، وَاهْدِنِي فِيْهِ لِبَرَاهِيْنِكَ السَّاطِعَةِ، وَخُذْ بِنَاصِيَتِي اِلَى مَرْضَاتِكَ الْجَامِعَةِ، بِمَحَبَّتِكَ يَا اَمَلَ الْمُشْتَاقِيْنَ 

Allâhummaj’allî fîhi nashîbam mir rahmatikal wâsi’ah, wadinî fîhi libarâhînikas sâthi’ah, wa khudz binâshiyatî ilâ mardhâtikal jâmi’ah, bimahabbatika yâ Amalal musytâqîn.

اللهم صل على محمد وآل محمد
اَللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي فِيْهِ مِنَ الْمُتَوَكِّلِيْنَ عَلَيْكَ، وَاجْعَلْنِي فِيْهِ مِنَ الْفَائِزِيْنَ لَدَيْكَ، وَاجْعَلْنِي فِيْهِ مِنَ الْمُقَرَّبِيْنَ اِلَيْكَ، بِاِحْسَانِكَ يَا غَايَةَ الطَّالِبِيْنَ 

Allâhummaj’anî fîhi minal mutawakkilîna ‘alayka, waj’alnî fîhi minal fâizîna ladayka, waj’alnî fîhi minal muqarrabîna ilayka, bi-ihsânika yâ Ghâyatath thâlibîn.

اللهم صل على محمد وآل محمد
اَللَّهُمَّ حَبِّبْ اِلَيَّ فِيْهِ اْلاِحْسَانَ، وَكَرِّهْ اِلَيَّ فِيْهِ الْفُسُوقَ وَالْعِصْيَانَ، وَحَرِّمْ عَلَيَّ فِيْهِ السَّخَطَ وَالنِّيْرَانَ بِعَوْنِكَ يَا غِيَاثَ الْمُسْتَغِيْثِيْنَ 

Allâhumma habbib ilayya fîhil ihsân, wa karrih ilayya fîhil fusûqa wal-‘ishyân, wa harrim ‘alayya fîhis sakhatha wan nîrân, bi’awnika yâ Ghiyâtsal mustaghîtsîn.

اللهم صل على محمد وآل محمد

اَللَّهُمَّ زَيِّنِّي فِيْهِ بِالسِّتْرِ وَالْعَفَافِ، وَاسْتُرْنِي فِيْهِ بِلِبَاسِ الْقُنُوعِ وَالْكَفَافِ، وَاحْمِلْنِي فِيْهِ عَلَى الْعَدْلِ وَاْلاِنْصَافِ، وَآمِنِّي فِيْهِ مِنْ كُلِّ مَا اَخَافُ، بِعِصْمَتِكَ يَا عِصْمَةَ الْخَائِفِيْنَ



Bismillâhir Rahmânir Rahîm
Allâhumma shalli ‘alâ Muhammad wa âli Muhammad

Allâhumma zayyinnî fîhi bissatri wal ‘afâf, wasturnî fîhi bilibâsil qunû’i wal kafâf, wahmilnî fîhi ‘alal ‘adli wal inshâf, wa âminnî fîhi min kulli mâ akhâfu, bi’ishmatika yâ ‘Ishmatal khâifîn.

اَللَّهُمَّ طَهِّرْنِي فِيْهِ مِنَ الدَّنَسِ وَاْلاَقْذَارِ، وَصَبِّرْنِي فِيْهِ عَلَى كَائِنَاتِ اْلاَقْدَارِ، وَوَفِّقْنِي فِيْهِ لِلتُّقَى وَصُحْبَةِ اْلاَبْرَارِ، بِعَوْنِكَ يَا قُرَّةَ عَيْنِ الْمَسَاكِيْنَ



Bismillâhir Rahmânir Rahîm
Allâhumma shalli ‘alâ Muhammad wa âli Muhammad

Allâhumma thahhirnî fîhi minad danasi wal aqdzâr, wa shabbirnî fîhi ‘alâ kâinâtil iqdâr, wa waffiqnî fîhit tuqâ wa shuhbatal abrâr, bi’awnika yâ Qurrata ‘aynil masâkîn.

اَللَّهُمَّ لاَ تُؤَاخِذْنِي فِيْهِ بِالْعَثَرَاتِ، وَاَقِلْنِي فِيْهِ مِنَ الْخَطَايَا وَالْهَفَوَاتِ، وَلاَ تَجْعَلْنِي فِيْهِ غَرَضاً لِلْبَلاَيَا وَاْلاَفَاتِ، بِعِزَّتِكَ يَا عِزَّ الْمُسْلِمِيْنَ



Bismillâhir Rahmânir Rahîm
Allâhumma shalli ‘alâ Muhammad wa âli Muhammad

Allâhumma lâ tuâkhidznî fîhi bil-‘atsarât, wa aqilnî fîhi minal khathâyâ wal hafawât, wa lâ taj’alnî fîhi gharadhan lil-balâyâ wal-âfât, bi’izzatika yâ ‘Izzal muslimîn.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
اللهم صل على محمد وآل محمد

اَللَّهُمَّ ارْزُقْنِي فِيْهِ طَاعَةَ الْخَاشِعِيْنَ، وَاشْرَحْ فِيْهِ صَدْرِي بِاِنَابَةِ الْمُخْبِتِيْنَ، بِاَمَانِكَ يَا اَمَانَ الْخَائِفِيْنَ



Bismillâhir Rahmânir Rahîm
Allâhumma shalli ‘alâ Muhammad wa âli Muhammad

Allâhummarzuqnî fîhi thâ’atal khâsyi’în, wasyrah fîhi shadrî bi-inâbatil mukhbitîn, biamânika yâ Amânal khâifîn.

# Day 16th
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
اللهم صل على محمد وآل محمد

اَللَّهُمَّ وَفِّقْنِي فِيْهِ لِمُوَافَقَةِ اْلاَبْرَارِ، وَجَنِّبْنِي فِيْهِ مُرَافَقَةَ اْلاَشْرَارِ، وَآوِنِي فِيْهِ بِرَحْمَتِكَ اِلَى دَارِ الْقَرَارِ، بِاِلَهِيَّتِكَ يَا اِلَهَ الْعَالَمِيْنَ



Bismillâhir Rahmânir Rahîm
Allâhumma shalli ‘alâ Muhammad wa âli Muhammad

Allâhumma waffiqnî fîhi limuwâfaqatil abrâr, wa jannibnî fîhi murâfaqatal asyrâr, wa âwinî fîhi birahmatika ilâ dâril qarâr, bi-ilâhiyyatika yâ Ilâhal ‘âlamîn.

# Day 17th

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
اللهم صل على محمد وآل محمد

اَللَّهُمَّ اهْدِنِي فِيْهِ لِصَالِحِ اْلاَعْمَالِ، وَاقْضِ لِي فِيْهِ الْحَوَائِجَ وَاْلاَمَالَ، يَا مَنْ لاَ يَحْتَاجُ اِلَى التَّفْسِيْرِ وَالسُّؤَالِ، يَا عَالِمًا بِمَا فِي صُدُورِ الْعَالَمِيْنَ، صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ الطَّاهِرِيْنَ



Bismillâhir Rahmânir Rahîm
Allâhumma shalli ‘alâ Muhammad wa âli Muhammad

Allâhummahdinî fîhi lishâlihil a’mâl, waqdhilî fîhil hawâija wal-amâl, yâ Mal lâ yahtâju ilat tafsîri was-suâl, yâ ‘âliman bimâ fî shudûril ‘âlamîn, shallî ‘alâ Muhammadin wa âlihith thâhrîn.

# Day 18th

اَللَّهُمَّ نَبِّهْنِيْ فِيْهِ لِبَرَكَاتِ أَسْحَارِهِ وَ نَوِّرْ فِيْهِ قَلْبِيْ بِضِيَاءِ أَنْوَارِهِ وَ خُذْ بِكُلِّ أَعْضَائِيْ إِلَى اتِّبَاعِ آثَارِهِ بِنُوْرِكَ يَا مُنَوِّرَ قُلُوْبِ الْعَارِفِيْنَ

# Day 19th

اَللَّهُمَّ وَفِّرْ فِيْهِ حَظِّيْ مِنْ بَرَكَاتِهِ وَ سَهِّلْ سَبِيْلِيْ إِلَى خَيْرَاتِهِ وَ لاَ تَحْرِمْنِيْ قَبُوْلَ حَسَنَاتِهِ يَا هَادِيًا إِلَى الْحَقِّ الْمُبِيْنِ
# Day 20th

اَللَّهُمَّ افْتَحْ لِيْ فِيْهِ أَبْوَابَ الْجِنَانِ وَ أَغْلِقْ عَنِّيْ فِيْهِ أَبْوَابَ النِّيْرَانِ وَ وَفِّقْنِيْ فِيْهِ لِتِلاَوَةِ الْقُرْآنِ يَا مُنْزِلَ السَّكِيْنَةِ فِيْ قُلُوْبِ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ
# Day 21st
اَللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ لِيْ فِيْهِ إِلَى مَرْضَاتِكَ دَلِيْلاً وَ لاَ تَجْعَلْ لِلشَّيْطَانِ فِيْهِ عَلَيَّ سَبِيْلاً وَ اجْعَلِ الْجَنَّةَ لِيْ مَنْزِلاً وَ مَقِيْلاً يَا قَاضِيَ حَوَائِجِ الطَّالِبِيْنَ
# Day 22nd
اَللَّهُمَّ افْتَحْ لِيْ فِيْهِ أَبْوَابَ فَضْلِكَ وَ أَنْزِلْ عَلَيَّ فِيْهِ بَرَكَاتِكَ وَ وَفِّقْنِيْ فِيْهِ لِمُوْجِبَاتِ مَرْضَاتِكَ وَ أَسْكِنِّيْ فِيْهِ بُحْبُوْحَاتِ جَنَّاتِكَ يَا مُجِيْبَ دَعْوَةِ الْمُضْطَرِّيْنَ


# Day 23rd

اَللَّهُمَّ اغْسِلْنِيْ فِيْهِ مِنَ الذُّنُوْبِ وَ طَهِّرْنِيْ فِيْهِ مِنَ الْعُيُوْبِ وَ امْتَحِنْ قَلْبِيْ فِيْهِ بِتَقْوَى الْقُلُوْبِ يَا مُقِيْلَ عَثَرَاتِ الْمُذْنِبِيْنَ
# Day 24th

اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ فِيْهِ مَا يُرْضِيْكَ وَ أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِمَّا يُؤْذِيْكَ وَ أَسْأَلُكَ التَّوْفِيْقَ فِيْهِ لأَنْ أُطِيْعَكَ وَ لاَ أَعْصِيَكَ يَا جَوَّادَ السَّائِلِيْنَ
Day 25th

اَللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِيْ فِيْهِ مُحِبًّا لِأَوْلِيَائِكَ وَ مُعَادِيًا لأَعْدَائِكَ مُسْتَنّا بِسُنَّةِ خَاتَمِ أَنْبِيَائِكَ يَا عَاصِمَ قُلُوْبِ النَّبِيِّيْنَ

Day 26th


اَللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ سَعْيِيْ فِيْهِ مَشْكُوْرًا وَ ذَنْبِيْ فِيْهِ مَغْفُوْرًا وَ عَمَلِيْ فِيْهِ مَقْبُوْلاً وَ عَيْبِيْ فِيْهِ مَسْتُوْرًا يَا أَسْمَعَ السَّامِعِيْنَ

Day 27th


اَللَّهُمَّ ارْزُقْنِيْ فِيْهِ فَضْلَ لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ وَ صَيِّرْ أُمُوْرِيْ فِيْهِ مِنَ الْعُسْرِ إِلَى الْيُسْرِ وَ اقْبَلْ مَعَاذِيْرِيْ وَ حُطَّ عَنِّيَ الذَّنْبَ وَ الْوِزْرَ يَا رَؤُوْفًا بِعِبَادِهِ الصَّالِحِيْنَ

# Day 28th
اَللَّهُمَّ وَفِّرْ حَظِّيْ فِيْهِ مِنَ النَّوَافِلِ وَ أَكْرِمْنِيْ فِيْهِ بِإِحْضَارِ الْمَسَائِلِ وَ قَرِّبْ فِيْهِ وَسِيْلَتِيْ إِلَيْكَ مِنْ بَيْنِ الْوَسَائِلِ يَا مَنْ لاَ يَشْغَلُهُ إِلْحَاحُ الْمُلِحِّيْنَ

# Day 29th


اَللَّهُمَّ غَشِّنِيْ فِيْهِ بِالرَّحْمَةِ وَ ارْزُقْنِيْ فِيْهِ التَّوْفِيْقَ وَ الْعِصْمَةَ وَ طَهِّرْ قَلْبِيْ مِنْ غَيَاهِبِ التُّهَمَةِ يَا رَحِيْمًا بِعِبَادِهِ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ

Doa Hari Ke 30
اَللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ صِيَامِيْ فِيْهِ بِالشُّكْرِ وَ الْقَبُوْلِ عَلَى مَا تَرْضَاهُ وَ يَرْضَاهُ الرَّسُوْلُ مُحْكَمَةً فُرُوْعُهُ بِالأُصُوْلِ بِحَقِّ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ الطَّاهِرِيْنَ وَ الْحَمْدُ ِللهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ‏
